“The only dumb question is one you don’t ask.”
What is responsive design, and why do I need it?
A responsive web design is one that changes its width and layout to fit on different sized devices, from a widescreen monitor to a hand-held smart phone. Websites were traditionally designed to fit only desktop computer monitors, and would be very difficult to view on a small screen without panning and zooming. With more and more people browsing the world on mobile devices who may not ever see your website on a large screen, you cannot afford to ignore these potential customers.
How much does it cost to design a web site?
The cost depends on a number of factors:
- Number of pages required
- Type and number of graphics
- Programming needs
- Web hosting / Domains
- SEO Strategies / Social Media
- eCommerce Store Front
Our pricing tables give a rough idea of cost but are tailored to each projects needs and requirements.
How can I view my web site design as it is in progress?
Incloud Design uses content management systems for communicating the development process. What is the difference between a print logo and a web logo?
Print logos require a much higher resolution (i.e., pixels per inch) to create and need to be saved in certain standard print file formats. Some of the most common and universal print formats for print jobs are TIFF, EPS, and Adobe Acrobat PDF. By creating a logo in these file formats, the logo can be opened up and printed even without having the original software application the logo was created in. Because print logos can become very large in file size, unless you have a fast Internet connection they are best sent on a form of removable media, such as a floppy disk, a Zip disk, or a CD-ROM. One of our offerings which is included with logo design is to provide your completed logo in multiple formats and saved to disc for future use in print and other aspects of maintaining a consistent identity for your company.
Web logos require a much smaller resolution (since they only need to be displayed on screen), and can be sent directly through email or available for immediate download. Because web logos are so small in file size, they are not a good choice for printing, as the quality will appear very blurred or jagged on paper.
How do I see my design work as it is in progress?
Just as explained under our Web design section of this page, Incloud will equip you with a Dashboard to monitor the progress of your website and graphic design needs throughout the entire process. We are always only an email away and pride ourselves on our customer support. You will not miss out or be left out of the loop at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions about Domain names?
We can take care of getting you a domain name. All you have to do is come up with some ideas of what you would like your domain nae to be and a few variants of that name. Sometimes your exact desired domain will not be available without a high cost so using a variant is more economical. A domain name search can be made at GoDaddy to check availability.
